📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, including website and online booking system.
• Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and bookings.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the villa management team to ensure a seamless online booking experience.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and hospitality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of Magic Garden Cafe's luxury villa sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Experience with online booking systems and payment gateways.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
