As a Finance & Accounting Staff at Grahamandiri Manajemen Terpadu, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and assisting in the monthly and annual financial close. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in the monthly and annual financial close, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory bodies.
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
- Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
