📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Manage a team of 10-15 staff members, including chefs, bartenders, and servers.
Develop and implement menu strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency.
Train and develop staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local food service laws.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute marketing strategies for the food and beverage offerings.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Revel, or Toast is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Proficiency in English, with additional language skills a significant advantage.
