As an Assistant HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR department in managing employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Assist in the handling of employee relations issues and conflicts.,Support the HR department in complying with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
