Tanggung Jawab:
Create and edit technical documents, manuals, and guides that support our products and services.Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that our technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Review and edit documents to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and clarity.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that our technical documentation aligns with our brand and messaging.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical communication.Contribute to the development and improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed.Ensure that all technical documentation is compliant with relevant regulations and standards.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and accuracy.Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.Experience with XML, HTML, or other markup languages.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.🛠️ Keahlian
