Raditya Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in Jembrana, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, motivation, and development opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve branch and company goals.,Promote and uphold the company's values and culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant management tools.,Understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry in Bali is a plus.
