📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle daily cashier operations, including processing payments and managing transactions.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of the POS system and payment processing software.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor cash counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Promote Homie Geprek Bawang’s menu and specials to customers, upselling when appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and payment processing software.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records.
• Familiarity with Indonesian street food culture and trends is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
