• Update job postings and maintain our online presence on job boards.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Support the team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• Fluency in English is a plus.
