📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate and detailed quantity surveys for interior construction projects.
• Develop and maintain cost estimates and tender documents.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of work and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with construction estimation software such as EstimateOne or ProEst.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
