📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Managing the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Leading and developing the human resources team, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Implementing and monitoring business strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Overseeing the development and maintenance of the company's physical and digital infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in financial management and budgeting.,Knowledge of HR best practices and employee relations.,Familiarity with the local business environment and regulations in Bali.
