PT Optima Wisesa is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and work towards resolutions that are fair and beneficial for all parties involved.,Coordinate with department heads to address staffing needs and ensure the company has the right talent to meet its goals.,Monitor labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise management on any changes that may impact the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.
