As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department in various aspects of recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues, ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
