Depot Adi Tea is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Ciamis and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, table service, and bar operations.,Ensure that all staff are properly trained and motivated to deliver excellent service to customers.,Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other expenses.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar food service establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
