📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintaining and updating our IT systems and software.,Ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.,Assisting with network and server management.,Providing training and guidance to employees on IT-related issues.,Monitoring and maintaining IT equipment and supplies.,Responding to IT-related emergencies and incidents.,Collaborating with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
