Global Tech Unggul is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cashier Accounting to join our dynamic team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations of our cashier department, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of cashiers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashier team, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.,Oversee daily cash handling and reconciliation processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including cash receipts, bank deposits, and petty cash transactions.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.,Identify and resolve any discrepancies in cash handling or financial transactions.,Provide training and support to the cashier team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to financial transactions and record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cashier accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
