📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to Agung Zahra Restaurant.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, employers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for the role and our company culture.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve our recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team, if applicable.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
