PT Firdaus Tunas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Makassar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial regulations and practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Monitor and control financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial systems.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
