📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation and service.,Manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality food production.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep the menu fresh and appealing.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food supplies as needed.,Train and develop new kitchen staff to ensure they are up-to-date with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high-quality food production.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and equipment.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
