📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions based on company requirements and candidate qualifications.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a positive and successful transition for new hires.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
