📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of IT infrastructure.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's IT systems and data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to IT systems and processes.
  • Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
