📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop the restaurant staff, providing training and support as needed.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and availability of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Plan and organize special events, promotions, and menus to drive customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
