PERSOL is seeking a skilled Risk Data Analyst to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to identify potential risks and opportunities within our Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) and Seller Finance operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may indicate potential risks or opportunities.,Develop and maintain risk models and algorithms to assess and mitigate financial risks in BNPL and Seller Finance operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of risk metrics and insights.,Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk management strategies and initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of risk management processes and controls to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in risk management and data analysis.,Provide training and support to team members on risk management tools, techniques, and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,2-5 years of experience in risk data analysis, risk management, or a similar role.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets.,Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.,Experience with risk management software and tools such as SAS, IBM SPSS, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
