Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in school administration, preferably in an international or Christian school setting.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders.Deep commitment to Christian education and values, with a passion for inspiring and nurturing students' spiritual, academic, and personal growth.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.🛠️ Keahlian
