📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Manage and supervise a team of nurses to ensure high-quality care is delivered.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve nursing practices.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.,Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification in advanced nursing practices (e.g., Critical Care, Emergency Nursing).,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Valid nursing license and certification.
