📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare sales reports and presentations to support decision-making.,Manage the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
