📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Diagnose and repair various smartphone models and brands,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction,Maintain and update technical knowledge of the latest smartphone models and repair techniques,Perform quality checks and ensure all repairs meet industry standards,Manage inventory and order replacement parts as needed,Assist in training and mentoring new team members,Work efficiently and meet daily repair targets,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 2 years of experience in smartphone repair,In-depth knowledge of various smartphone models and brands,Familiarity with repair tools and equipment,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Valid certification in smartphone repair (preferred but not mandatory),Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia🛠️ Keahlian
