📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create user manuals and product guides.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices.,Ensure all technical documents meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and communication skills in English.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to edit and proofread documents.,Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
