In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, GA, and Legal operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, administrative support, and legal compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the HR department, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Oversee the General Affairs department, ensuring efficient administrative and operational support.
Manage the Legal department, including contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational growth and success.
Represent the company in external stakeholder engagements and industry forums.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, GA, and Legal roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Proven track record of successfully managing HR, GA, and Legal functions.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and legal management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in the property management industry is a plus.
