📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide technical support and advice on coating solutions to clients.
• Ensure the successful implementation of coating solutions by coordinating with production and installation teams.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product developments.
• Attend trade shows, seminars, and other industry events to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial coatings sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of industrial coatings, their applications, and the benefits they offer.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to travel to client sites and industry events as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
