📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.,Monitor production lines, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and quality standards.,Implement and adhere to safety protocols and quality control measures.,Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety procedures.,Familiarity with quality control and continuous improvement methodologies.,Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using relevant software and tools for production management.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work purposes.,Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is a plus.
