📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile customer invoices and payments accurately using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Manage the accounts receivable process, including follow-ups with customers for overdue payments.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial data entry.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP for financial transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
