📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Develop and deliver workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to support career development.
• Create mentorship programs to foster professional growth and leadership skills.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and align them with organizational goals.
• Utilize HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to manage training and development activities.
• Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR development.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures related to employee development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR development or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certification in HR development or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
