📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach Japanese language courses to Indonesian students, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize and participate in cultural exchange activities to enrich the learning experience.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends in Japanese language teaching.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Provide administrative support, including student enrollment, attendance tracking, and record-keeping.
• Promote the Ikuzo Indonesia brand and represent the company at various events and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Japanese language to non-native speakers.
• Bachelor's degree in Japanese language, education, or a related field.
• Certification in teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or similar is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for cultural exchange and commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
